The On-Target Solutions Group and On-Target Forensics recently completed the week-long Forensic Crime Scene Technician Certification program June 19-23, 2023 provided by R. P. “Rusty” Sullivan in Latah County, Idaho. This training served both Idaho and Washington law enforcement agencies.
