All On-Target Strategies trainings provide national best practices and potential for State mandates based on locations. To host On‑Target Strategies training events, agencies must meet the following minimum criteria:

• Training Room: Positive learning environment to schedule a minimum of two 2-day training topics and seating for 20–40 participants (tables/chairs)
• Technology: Projector or large display, HDMI connection, audio capability
• Logistics: On‑site point of contact for coordination
• Parking: Adequate parking for attendees
• Accessibility: ADA‑accessible facility
• Scheduling: Availability from 0715 – 1600 hrs
• Optional: Vending machines for soft drinks or available coffee / water
